Meet the Team
Skylar Robinson
Founder
Skylar Robinson is the Founder and Executive Director of Melanin Minds in Medicine, a student-led initiative expanding access and opportunity in healthcare for Black and underserved youth.
Inspired by the mentorship and medical programs that shaped her own journey, she created M3 to provide free medical education, hands-on experiences, and pathways into healthcare careers. She is also a nationally recognized STEM innovator and advocate.
Chanson Love
Vice Chair
Chanson Love is the Vice Chair of Melanin Minds in Medicine and a student leader passionate about advocacy, service, and healthcare equity. Through leadership roles in his school’s Black Student Union and student government, he has developed a strong commitment to representing and uplifting his peers. His interest in medicine continues to grow through academic and STEM enrichment experiences.
Sinclair Brown
Director of Communications
Sinclair Brown is the Director of Communications for Melanin Minds in Medicine and a dedicated scholar passionate about service, medicine, and healthcare equity. She brings creativity, compassion, and strong communication skills to M3, helping the organization connect with and inspire its community while supporting the next generation of diverse healthcare professionals.
